they should follow the instructions as visible on the Platform at the time of

us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via
electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We may

The right to post anything on the Platform is the legal right of EEBM
only. If any third party knowingly or unknowingly breaches this term, then EEBM
will have the right to take legal action as per the prevailing laws of the

included on or otherwise made available to you through this Platform are
provided on “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or

prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, EEBM does not warrant that:

non-misleading.
